Shul Kavvanah Cards, for Purim
I know a few people who carry pre-printed cards in shul, to hand to those who try to converse with them during davening. The notes are meant to explain their owner's silence in a polite way.

The best Kavvanah Committee during Megillah and Torah reading and Tefillah B'Tzibur would be the Shul officers and functionaries visibly paying attention and not talking among themselves.
