People go to New York in particular in order to pick up the self help books there and then translate them into Hebrew and then present it as Jewish. I saw a whole book like this in Israel on self esteem. (This was in the Moroccan Sefardi community of Netivot in the far south of Israel where most people would not know that the book was a take off translation from a book in Barnes and Nobles.) Another fellow I knew did this with Japanese self help programs. I don't know what to say about this. To me it this seems not to be very honest. Hey if "self-esteem" is the value you want to preach then say it in the name of the person who came up with the idea--Nietzsche. But then you won't be able to sell a lot of books.Avraham https://www.blogger.com/profile/07822433921393627746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7898782635470765614.post-65019199213021982122012-03-27T06:34:58.228-04:002012-03-27T06:34:58.228-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Avraham https://www.blogger.com/profile/07822433921393627746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7898782635470765614.post-85151052085948964742012-03-26T19:19:12.203-04:002012-03-26T19:19:12.203-04:00Joel-
